Terms and Conditions - Comeback

1. Organizing company

The Wabiks Comeback 2026 promotion is organized by [RAZÓN SOCIAL DE WABIKS], with NIF [NIF] and registered office at [DOMICILIO SOCIAL], hereinafter, “Wabiks”.

The promotion will be carried out in accordance with these legal terms.

2. Purpose of the promotion

Wabiks is organizing the sports challenge Wabiks Comeback, whose objective is to complete 80 kilometers between September 7 and 20, 2026, inclusive.

Running and walking activities may be counted, provided they meet the requirements established in these terms.

Participation in the challenge is free and does not require a purchase.

3. Territorial scope

Individuals residing internationally may participate.

4. Who can participate

Individuals over 18 years of age who:

  • correctly complete the registration form;

  • join the official Wabiks club on Strava;

  • correctly record their activities during the challenge period;

  • meet all other requirements established in these terms.

Wabiks employees and anyone directly involved in organizing the promotion are excluded.

5. Participation period

The challenge will begin on September 7, 2026, at 00:00 and end on September 20, 2026, at 23:59, Spanish mainland time.

Activities completed outside that period will not be taken into account.

6. How to participate

To complete the challenge correctly, it will be necessary to:

  1. Register using the form provided by Wabiks.

  2. Join the official Wabiks club on Strava.

  3. Complete a minimum total of 80 kilometers between September 7 and 20, 2026.

  4. Record the activities completed on Strava.

  5. Include “Wabiks Comeback” in the title of the activities that form part of the challenge.

  6. Submit the final result through the system indicated by Wabiks once the challenge has ended.

The activities may be completed in one or more sessions.

It will not be necessary to complete a minimum daily distance.

7. Reward for completing the challenge

Everyone who correctly completes the 80 kilometers and meets the conditions of these terms will be entitled to receive:

1 free Wabiks sock.

The reward is limited to one unit per participant.

The participant will only be responsible for the shipping costs applicable to their destination.

Wabiks will subsequently inform participants who have completed the challenge of the procedure for claiming their sock.

The reward cannot be exchanged for money or for any other product.

8. Draw among finishers

In addition to receiving the sock indicated in the previous section, everyone who correctly completes the challenge will automatically be entered into a draw.

The prize will be:

12 pairs of Wabiks socks, with an approximate total value of €234.

Each person who completes the challenge will receive one entry in the draw.

No additional action will be required to enter the draw.

9. Winner selection

Once the participants who have completed the challenge have been verified, Wabiks will make a random selection from among them.

The draw will take place on [FECHA].

The following will be selected:

  • 1 winner.

  • [2/3] alternates, in order.

Wabiks may use a computer-based random selection tool to conduct the draw.

10. Winner notification

Wabiks will contact the winner using the details provided during registration.

The winner will have 7 calendar days from notification to accept the prize and provide the information required for its delivery.

If they do not respond within that period, decline the prize, or fail to comply with these terms, the first alternate will be contacted.

11. Activity verification

Wabiks reserves the right to request additional information to verify the recorded activities.

Activities may be excluded when there are reasonable indications of:

  • data manipulation;

  • duplicate activities;

  • kilometers completed outside the established period;

  • records incompatible with a real activity;

  • use of means other than running or walking;

  • any other behavior intended to artificially alter the result.

The sole purpose of this review is to ensure that all participants compete under the same conditions.

12. Sports-related responsibility

Participation in Wabiks Comeback is voluntary.

Each participant is responsible for assessing whether their physical condition and health are suitable for completing the challenge.

Wabiks does not prescribe training sessions or determine how the kilometers should be distributed.

Participants must adapt the activity to their level and comply with the safety, traffic, and space-use regulations applicable to the locations where they carry out their activities.

13. Modification or cancellation

Wabiks may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion when justified circumstances prevent its normal development.

Any material modification will be communicated to participants through the same channels used to publicize the promotion.

Under no circumstances will the terms be modified arbitrarily after the promotion has begun to the detriment of participants.

14. Processing of personal data

The data provided during registration will be processed by [RAZÓN SOCIAL] for the purpose of managing participation in Wabiks Comeback, verifying completion of the challenge, contacting participants, and managing the delivery of rewards and prizes.

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the promotion and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Participation in the challenge does not automatically imply consent to receive commercial communications.

Where applicable, consent to receive commercial communications from Wabiks must be requested separately.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and other rights provided for under data protection legislation by writing to [EMAIL DE PRIVACIDAD].

15. Instagram and Strava

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Strava.

Participants release these platforms from any liability related to the organization of the promotion.

Wabiks uses Strava solely as a tool to record and verify participating activities.

16. Prize taxation

Prizes obtained through promotions or draws may be subject to the applicable tax treatment under current legislation.

Where legally required, Wabiks shall make the corresponding withholdings or advance tax payments and provide the winner with the necessary tax documentation.

17. Acceptance of the terms

Participation in Wabiks Comeback implies full acceptance of these terms.

Any matter not covered herein shall be resolved by Wabiks reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

18. Applicable law

These terms shall be governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute arising from this promotion, the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under the applicable consumer protection legislation shall have jurisdiction.
