Pickup Point (Pickup Point)
- Delivery in 3-7 business days.
- Choose the pickup point that suits you best and you don’t need to be at home.
- Important: If you don’t choose one, we’ll automatically assign the nearest one. If the parcel is returned because it wasn’t collected, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

- Delivery in 3-7 business days directly to your address.

UPS Express (Urgent)
- Fast delivery in 24-48 business hours.
- The cost is calculated at checkout depending on your city.
⚠️ CUSTOMS & TAXES (Outside the EU)
For shipments to non-EU countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, etc.):
- Taxes not included: Website prices DO NOT include duties or import taxes.
- Responsibility: These costs depend on your country’s customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Payment: In some cases, you must pay them before receiving the parcel.
- Delivery refusal: If you decide not to pay the fees and refuse the order:
- The parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
- Shipping costs will NOT be refunded, nor any customs return fees we are charged. They will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
🔁 RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
You have 30 calendar days from receiving the item to request a return.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Purchases made during Black Friday can be returned until January 15.
✅ Conditions to accept a return
Once you receive our reply, items must be returned:
- In original condition: unused, unwashed and undamaged.
- With original tags and packaging.
- With a note inside the parcel including: full name + order number.
Important for hygiene (especially socks):
If the product has been used or washed, returns will not be accepted.
📦 Where do I need to send it?

📌 Note: Until the item reaches our warehouse, the return is your responsibility.
We recommend sending it by courier or registered mail, preferably with a tracking number, and keeping the proof of shipment.
🚫 Returns sent with postage due will not be accepted.
💳 How and when will I receive my refund?
Once we verify everything is OK, you’ll receive the amount back via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
This process is usually completed within 24–48 hours from inspection (depending on your bank/platform, it may take a bit longer to appear).
💸 Do I have to pay anything for the return?
- If you’re returning because it doesn’t fit (size, preference, etc.), the return shipping is paid by the customer.
- If the item is defective or we made a mistake (wrong size/color/model), we cover the costs of collection/exchange/refund.
🔄 Size exchanges
For size exchanges:
- You only need to pay the cost of shipping to our facilities.
- We cover the new shipment with the correct size.
(If it’s out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.)
✍️ Personalized products
Personalized items (for example, with a name) cannot be exchanged or returned.
