  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in 4–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivered in 24–48 business hours.

  • FREE: For orders over €55.

📍 Balearic Islands

  • Delivery time: Delivered in 3–4 business days.

  • FREE: For orders over €60.

📍 Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • Delivery time: Estimated delivery in 5–6 business days.

  • FREE: For orders over €60.

  • Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to local customs procedures.

🇪🇺 EUROPE

  • FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over €55 (within the EU).

🚚 Delivery Options

1. Postal Shipping (National Postal Services) – Economical

  • Delivered in 5–10 business days.

  • Delivered through your country’s official postal service (La Poste, Deutsche Post, Poste Italiane, etc.).

  • Ideal if you’re not in a hurry and want to spend as little as possible.

2. Pickup Point 

  • Delivered in 3–7 business days.

  • Choose the pickup point that suits you best and don’t depend on being at home.

  • Important: If you don’t choose one, we will automatically assign the nearest one. If the package is returned because it wasn’t collected, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

3. Home Delivery

  • Delivered in 3–7 business days directly to your address.

4. UPS Express (Urgent)

  • Fast delivery in 24–48 business hours.

  • The cost is calculated at checkout based on your city.

⚠️ CUSTOMS AND TAXES (Outside the EU)

For shipments to non-EU countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, etc.):

  • Taxes not included: Website prices DO NOT include customs duties or import fees.

  • Responsibility: These costs depend on your country’s customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Payment: In some cases, you will need to pay them before receiving the package.

  • Refusal of delivery: If you decide not to pay the fees and refuse the order:

    • The package will be returned to our warehouse.

    • Shipping costs will NOT be refunded nor will any customs fees charged to us for the return. These amounts will be deducted from the refund.
