Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

🚚 Delivery Options

1. Postal Shipping (National Postal Services) – Economical

  • Delivery within 5–10 business days.

  • Delivered through your country's official postal service (La Poste, Deutsche Post, Poste Italiane, etc.).

  • Ideal if you are not in a hurry and want to spend as little as possible.

2. Pickup Point

  • Delivery within 3–7 business days.

  • Choose the location that suits you best and avoid having to be at home.

  • Important: If you do not choose one, we will automatically assign the closest location. If the package is returned because it was not collected, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

3. Home Delivery

  • Delivery within 3–7 business days directly to your address.

4. UPS Express (Urgent)

  • Fast delivery within 24–48 business hours.

  • The cost is calculated at checkout based on your city.

⚠️ CUSTOMS AND TAXES (Outside the EU)

For shipments to non-EU countries (the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, etc.):

  • Taxes not included: Website prices DO NOT include customs duties or import fees.

  • Responsibility: These costs depend on your country's customs authorities and are paid by the customer.

  • Payment: In some cases, you may need to pay them before receiving the package.

  • Delivery refusal: If you decide not to pay the fees and refuse the order:

    • The package will be returned to our warehouse.

    • Shipping costs and customs fees charged to us for the return WILL NOT be refunded. They will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
