WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You have the right to exchange or return the items you purchased at www.wabiks.com within 15 days of receiving them.

All products must be unused, with the labels and packaging intact. If you decide to exchange or return a product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we receive your return, we will process the exchange. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for products lost during the return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, masks cannot be returned.

Personalized orders cannot be returned.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SOCKS?

You can visit our factory at 5 Gamonal Street, Madrid or send us the product by following these steps:

 1. Email us at info@wabiks.com, indicating the reason for your return (size change, style, etc.). Please specify the alternative product, including the number of items and size (please note that exchanges can only be made for eligible products of equal or lesser value).

2. Send your items to:

3. Send your items in the original packaging with the label intact.
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email. Please note that we cannot cover the return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost during shipping, so we always recommend using certified or tracked shipping.

IF I RETURN A PRODUCT, WILL I GET A REFUND?

Yes, you will receive the full amount for the items once they arrive at our offices and we verify that everything is in order. We are not responsible for items lost during their return.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY OR INCOMPLETELY.

Please inform us as soon as possible, and we will try to notify the shipping agency. If the order cannot be delivered because of this error and is returned to us, the order will automatically be refunded, minus the shipping and return costs.
