Spain

  • Peninsula :
    Standard shipping in 4-5 business days .
    Express shipping within 24-48 business hours .
    Free on orders over €45 .

  • Balearic Islands :
    Delivery in 3-4 business days .
    Free on orders over €60 .

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla :
    Estimated delivery in 5-6 business days .
    Free on orders over €60 .
    Please note that the deadline may be extended due to local customs procedures.

Europe

  • All European countries :
    Free shipping on orders over €60 .

  • Pickup Point :
    Delivery in 3-7 business days .
    You can select the Access Point you prefer so you don't have to rely on being at home.
    If you don't choose one, we'll automatically assign the one closest to your home.

  • Home delivery (Home Delivery) :
    Delivery within 3-7 business days to the address you specify.

  • UPS Express :
    Delivery within 24-48 business hours .
    The cost varies depending on the destination.

⚠️ Turkey, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland : These countries may apply special tariffs upon arrival of your order. This additional cost is not our responsibility.

🔁 EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY WABIKS?

Yes. You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

  • Products must be unused , with tags and original packaging in perfect condition.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility .

  • Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will exchange it or refund the amount (original shipping costs will not be refunded).

  • We are not responsible for any losses during return shipping , so we recommend using a certified or tracked service.

  • Customized products are not eligible for returns.


HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You can do it in two ways:

1. In person:

2. By shipment:
Follow these steps:

  1. Write to info@wabiks.com indicating the reason for the return or exchange.
    If it is an exchange, please specify the new model, size and quantity (exchanges will only be possible for products of the same or lower value).

  2. Send articles to:
    Wabiks
    C/ Gamonal 5, Floor 5, Warehouse 20
    28031 Madrid, Spain

  3. Make sure the products are in their original packaging and with the labels intact .

We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your package and process your request.


WILL YOU REFUND MY MONEY?

Yes, we will refund you the full amount of the items (excluding shipping costs).
Please note that we are not responsible if the package is lost during return .


WHAT IF I GOT THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Please write to us as soon as possible . We'll try to modify it before it's sent.

If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to our facilities, the amount will be refunded less the shipping costs to and from the address .
